Airflow Sensors

All airflow sensors operate on heat transfer — flow and differential pressure. We offer airflow sensors from Honeywell. Silicon chip design is created from thin-film, thermally isolated bridge structure, containing both heater and temperature sensing elements. This provides rapid response to the air or gas flow and amount and direction, delivering a proportional output voltage. Amplified versions provide an enhanced output signal and less external circuitry, while unamplified versions allow additional external circuit options.

We offer speed sensors from Honeywell. They provide non-contacting detection of rotating ferrous (affects a magnetic field) target such as a gear, shaft or similar mechanism.

Fork Light Barriers

Frame light barriers from Dietz work like through-beam light barriers. Transmitter, receiver and electronics are combined in a single sturdy metal housing.

The easy installation without time-consuming alignment, short response times and a high resolution are crucial advantages compared to conventional through-beam light barriers, make possible in practice the exact positioning and a reliable detection of even the fastest movement sequences.

The sensors have a sensitivity adjustment and mostly can be toggled between normally open and closed. Clocked red or infrared light guarantees a high ambient light immunity.
